✈️ Help Us Send 10 Young Women to Ghana — July 2026
These girls are not waiting for the world to come to them. They are building, fundraising, leading, and dreaming — right now, at 11, 12, and 13 years old. Every dollar you give tells them that their community believes in them, that the world is big enough for them, and that their leadership matters.
Thank you for being part of their story.
Sisterhood Leadership Academy (SLA) is an international school for girls in grades 6–12 launching in Fall 2027 with a mission to empower young women to lead, serve, and transform their communities.
Before we even open our doors, our founding Ambassador cohort — 10 remarkable girls from the Napier community — is already doing the work. They are helping design the school's curriculum, leading service projects, and building a sisterhood that will define SLA for generations to come.
In July 2026, these 10 young women will travel to Ghana, West Africa, to partner with a sister school, experience deep cultural immersion, and step fully into their identities as global citizens and leaders.
We need your help to get them there.
Sisterhood. Leadership. Integrity. Service.
THE GIRLS ARE ALREADY LEADING THE WAY
These Ambassadors aren't just waiting for help — they're doing the work themselves. Each girl has fundraised toward her own trip. They have raised $2,000 each. Together, the girls have raised $12, 000 on their own.
Now we're asking the community to close the gap. We need support to purchase flights that will total $12,000. Any amount will help.
The girls have already connected to the continent but coordinating a book drive for students in the Volta Region. They were able to collect 5,000 books that will be used to stock a library and support an after school program.
WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES
The total cost per girl is $5,150, which covers:
✈️ Round-Trip Flight — $1,800 (highest need)
Accommodations, Food, Transport & Cultural Experiences — $3,000
Yellow Fever Vaccination — $350
