After months of research and hard work, our student team’s exhibit on the United Farm Workers has qualified for the National History Day Finals in Maryland! We are incredibly passionate about sharing this story of labor rights and social justice on a national stage. However, as students, the cost of traveling from Ohio to the D.C. area—including airfare, housing near the University of Maryland, and safely shipping our large exhibit—is more than we can manage alone. We need your support to get there and represent our community!

Your donations will directly cover the essential costs of this journey. We need help with our round-trip airfare and the cost of safely shipping our large-scale exhibit across the country so it arrives in one piece. Once we're there, the funds will also cover our registration fees and our stay near the University of Maryland. By helping us with these travel and logistical expenses, you’re making it possible for us to represent our community and share the important history of the United Farm Workers on a national stage.
