Send Nik to Visit Family in Africa

Nik hasn't been to Mali to visit his dad, his half-brother, his grandmother, and the rest of his Malian family since he was 6. Now that he's about to turn 16, he's heading off on a journey, by himself, to visit his father in Mali for 3 weeks.  Please help us purchase his very expensive airfare ($2400!), along with other travel expenses. His dad saved $900 to contribute - which is amazing, given that the average daily income is $1/day in Mali - but we need help to cover the rest.
