To know Nevin is to be inspired by him. For the past several years, Nevin has shown up, put in the work, and brought an unmatched energy to the gym floor at CrossFit the Challenge in Cedar Rapids. Now, all that sweat and dedication has paid off in the biggest way possible: Nevin has officially qualified for the 2026 Adaptive CrossFit Games!

Competing in the Intellectual Impairment division, Nevin has proven that he is one of the top adaptive athletes in the sport. My husband Andy and I, along with our entire gym family, have watched him pour his heart into every single workout. He doesn't just push through the physical challenges—he lifts up everyone around him while doing it. Now, it is our turn to lift him up.

We are raising funds to cover the substantial costs of getting Nevin to the Games. Because he requires support to safely travel and compete, this funding will directly cover flights and ground transportation for Nevin, his mom, and his handler; a shared hotel room near the competition venue; Nevin's athlete registration fees and his mom's venue entry ticket; and necessary competition gear and food for the trip.
