Hey guys, my niece, Tehani Badke, is a fifteen-year-old aspiring equestrian athlete who dreams of representing Australia at the Olympics.

We are delighted to announce that she has been selected to travel to Mexico to compete for Australia in the 2025 Global Amateur Tour!
This prestigious event provides training and competition opportunities on world-class show jumping horses, a significant step towards her dream of competing at the Brisbane 2032 Olympics.
This selection reflects Tehani's consistent dedication, hard work, and high-level performance in competitions all across NSW, QLD, and VIC.
I've been riding horses since before I could walk, driven by my deep love for these incredible animals and the sport. I started competing at age five in pony club and local agricultural shows, and by nine, I discovered my passion for show jumping and eventing. Over the past four years, I've worked incredibly hard to develop my skills as an equestrian and build a strong reputation within the equestrian community. I'm proud to be a one-star eventer and a 1.25m show jumper. Throughout my journey, I’ve achieved many personal goals, alongside heartbreak and setbacks, which have helped me build strength and resilience and bring me closer to my ultimate dream of competing at the Brisbane 2032 Olympics. Beyond my competitive ambitions, I’m deeply involved in my local community. I am a student at Bishop Druitt College and proud to hold an Indigenous sporting scholarship and be part of the incredible high-performance program delivered through the school. I am also active in all school sports and activities, such as cross country and athletics carnivals. I love being involved, whether it is speaking at school assemblies, being a buddy for exchange students, or participating in the Indigenous Goorie Group and the BDC equestrian team. My passion for horses and the sport extends beyond my own goals. I love giving back to the equestrian community in every way I can. I give lessons to young, aspiring riders, showing them the ropes of our challenging but amazing sport. I also support my local pony club, Coffs Harbour Pony Club, where I have been a member since I was five. CHPC is like my second family, and I love helping out at events, fundraisers, organising trade stalls, finding sponsors, and mentoring younger riders. With the rising costs of living and the expenses of my sport, I need your help to make my dreams a reality. Without financial support, I will not be able to compete and represent Australia overseas. This is where you come in! "Tehani"
Your generous support would help cover Tehani's significant travel expenses, accommodation, insurance, competition fees, and equipment, ensuring she is well-prepared to represent Australia. These costs are increased because, at only 15 years old, she requires a guardian's accompaniment. We would be grateful for any contribution you can offer; even a small amount will significantly assist Tehani in reaching Mexico.
If you’re unable to donate, you can still help by sharing this page with your friends and family. Spreading the word means the world to us.
By investing in my journey, you are investing in the future of Australian equestrian sports and helping a young athlete take crucial steps toward success.
