Hi! We are the University of Michigan Alpine Ski Team and we are looking to fundraise for our Women's team to go to Nationals! This past weekend, our Alpine Women's Alpine Ski and Snowboard team both qualified for nationals at Mt. Bachelor in Orgeon; we couldn't be more excited! At our regionals race this past weekend in Marquette we competed with varsity programs that are fully funded by their schools including scholarship athletes. Unlike the other qualifying teams, our season is entirely self-funded through our team members and Giving Blue Day. Given the nature of our team and the competitive disadvantage we face as a self-funded organization, we are struggling to budget for a trip to Nationals. We are looking for funds for travel, registration, housing, etc. Any help is appreciated and our team would be eternally grateful!
