Send me to the World Disability Snooker Championship
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Olivier.
Since childhood, I have learned to cope with my disability but always want to see the positive in life. When I was 16 years old, I even trained with my physiotherapist to participate in the Paralympics, in the following disciplines: shot put/javelin throw/discus throw. But because of my studies at the time, I couldn’t participate.
Shortly afterwards, I started playing snooker and soon I was competing and growing in the sport. Then came the connection with WDBS (World Disability Billiards and Snooker) and since a few years they are candidate to bring disabled people to the Paralympics. Supported by WDBS I hope for a selection to participate in the Paralympics.
To be able to compete in this World Championship I’m looking for a fundraising to support my participation and travel costs to the venue in Bangkok, Thailand.
Thanks in advance to help making my dream come true.
Kind regards, Olivier.
