This campaign is to raise money for my continuing education. Instead of going back to university for a masters degree, I've decided to go my own way and select the specific training that I need for my unique career path.
I recently began the three-year Somatic Experiencing professional training in trauma resolution. This is a training based on the work of Peter Levine (author of Waking The Tiger) and is one of the only proven ways to heal trauma, particularly PTSD. As a sex educator and personal trainer who works with a lot of post surgery and birth injury clients, knowing how to spot, be with, and help my students and clients metabolize their trauma is imperative. For any skeptics out there, Somatic Experiencing is not new age or energy healing. It's based on the function of the autonomic nervous system, science, and human evolution. This training costs $7,930.
In September, I will take my first training in Functional Range Conditioning. FRC is the most simple, useful, and brilliant movement system I've ever come across (and I've been in the movement field my entire life). Developed by world-renowned musculoskeletal expert Dr. Andreo Spina, Functional Range Conditioning® is a comprehensive joint training system based in scientific principals and research. This system is used by many of the top sports teams in the US and is quickly gaining popularity as the go-to system to get bodies moving better and out of pain.
Beyond being excited to use this system to help my clients, I have a personal interest in this work to heal the back pain I've had for eleven years. The FRC (individuals) plus Kinstretch (class) training totals $1800.
When you donate money to my campaign, I get the funds to help pay for my continuing education and thus my future financial security from being an effective and skilled practitioner.

When you donate to my campaign, YOU get sessions! If you donate $100 or more you can schedule a session with me. These can be done in person (Southern Oregon) or virtual world-wide via Zoom. These will never expire and can be used by you or gifted to someone. You can choose what kind of session you would like: Somatic Experiencing, Core and Pelvic Floor Re-education, Somatic Sex Coaching, or Movement training (FRC).

Where your money goes...
- $7,930 Somatic Experiencing tuition
- $1800 FRC and Kinctrech tuition
- The remaining $2,270 will go toward travel costs for all of the trainings (nine total trips), and the twelve personal SE sessions I must receive in order to be certified.
I need your help. I work hard and sometimes don't make enough to pay for my basic expenses, let alone have anything extra for education. While a masters degree would be much more expensive, I could get student loans. Piecing together my own continuing education means student loans aren't available to me.
I've already signed up for these trainings. I'm relying on your generous support and on your desire to give yourself the gift of a healing session with me.
