Honoring Service at the 250th Marine Corps Ball
This year, on November 10th, marks the 250th Marine Corps Birthday. A celebration will be held in Philadelphia at the Museum of the American Revolution. The Marine Corps Ball, a tradition that honors the courage, sacrifice, and brotherhood of the Marines who have worn the uniform. For many of us who have served in combat, this event is more than a formal evening — it is a chance to stand together once again, shoulder to shoulder, and celebrate the bond that carried us through the toughest moments of our lives.
I am working to raise enough funds to send six Marine combat veterans and their spouses to this historic event, hosted by the Tun Legacy Foundation. For these Marines, attending the Ball is not only a celebration of history, but a reminder that their service is never forgotten and that their sacrifices are honored.
Too often, the burden of cost keeps many veterans away from this experience. These men and women gave everything in service to their country; now, I’m asking for your help to give something back to them. With your support, they can walk into the 250th Ball with pride, share laughter with brothers and sisters-in-arms, and create memories with the loved ones who stood by them through it all.
Every donation — no matter the size — brings us closer to giving these Marines and their spouses the night they deserve. Together, let’s show them that their sacrifices still matter, and that we as a community will always stand behind them.
Tickets for the celebration are $250 per person. Any extra funds will help with travel expenses and lodging.
Thank you.
