There are powerful moments when one chooses to follow Jesus, where He says to them, "Follow Me. Step out of the boat." It is an invitation to walk on water, but I have to first step out.
Before going to university, God has called me to attend a Discipleship Training School with an organization called Youth With A Mission in Queenstown, New Zealand. I could not be more excited. It is a chance to dive deeper into my faith and focus my direction through 3 months of lectures from renowned speakers as well as personal mentoring and local ministry. It is an opportunity to expand my vision and desire to impact individuals, communities, and nations through community development and sharing the love of Jesus while on two months of international outreach. It is an investment of time and finances with immediate and eternal significance.
However, I cannot get there alone. I am currently working full time with the goal of partnering with God in what He has asked me to do through my own finances and effort, but I still have need. I request your contributions, as you feel led or inspired to invest of your resources into my next season of life and my future from there forward. I also ask for prayer cover for my trip, not only for continued provision but for favor in visas, protection in travel, and growth as I take this time with the Lord to walk with Him where He is leading me in this new step.
