We at CPC created a powerlifting club to connect strength athletes throughout the metro Charleston area since 2020. AE Fit is a locally owned and operated Mt. Pleasant gym founded on the ethos of hard work, dedication, and community.

Together we are hosting our third charity weightlifting meet to benefit Charleston's very own Special Olympics powerlifitng competitors for the 2022 Special Olympics in Orlando, FL.

Katie and Mark have been welcomed into our gym family and we want to help them pursue their dreams!
