Kaia Speed is a 2020 graduate of Mingus Union High School and an active member of Verde Community Church and Verde Students.

On Monday, July 6th, Kaia's mom, Michele, passed away unexpectedly. Kaia has plans to attend Grand Canyon University this fall.  Her mom was planning to support Kaia through college.

Let's rally around and help send "Kaia to College"! Our goal is for Kaia to be able to attend college this fall without financial worry and stress.

Kaia has a caring heart and is always willing to help others and get involved. She volunteers in many aspects of ministry at Verde Community Church including; Awana, Middle School Youth Group Leader, Nursery Helper for Sunday services and Verde Mom Connect and is also very involved in Verde Student Ministry and attends High School Youth Group. She has also been on several trips with Verde Students including a recent mission trip to Belize and a youth leadership training in Sacramento. Kaia also swam on the Mingus Clippers Swim Team.


Please consider blessing Kaia as she takes this first step into adulthood without her mom by her side.
