My name is John Casey. I have been nominated to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum summer program for medicine. I was nominated due to my leadership potential, GPA, academic promise and my interest in the field of medicine. This is an advanced summer program that gives you a head start in the pathway you wish to purse. The cost of the program is $4000. I would love to attend but unfortunately I do not not have all of the money that I need. So I'm asking, if you all could find it in your heart to donate. No donation is too big or too small.
