Help Jody Heal — Let's send her to Camp!

For more than 2 years, my cousin Jody has been battling metastatic breast cancer, which has spread to her bones. Although incurable at stage 4, there are many options available to tackle it like a chronic disease, rather than a death sentence. She’s faced every setback with strength and grace. If you know Jody, you know she’s not giving up. She’s ready to tackle those “little monsters” and force a retreat..

To give her body the best possible chance to respond to the next stage of treatments, Jody has the opportunity to attend a "Cancer Healing Camp" at the Eden Valley Institute in Colorado this November. The camp treatments target each patient’s unique cancer cells using advanced precision therapies, focusing not only on destroying existing cancer, but also on preventing it from growing by strengthening and reactivating their immune system through evidence-based therapies. She will be attending a track specifically tailored for her type of disease which includes 2 full weeks of treatments, as well as a home program to continue the progress made.

For as long as I’ve known her, Jody has always put others first. She’s the one who brings the family together, who shows up for the birthdays and celebrations no matter how she’s feeling, and she's the one who always finds a way to lift others up with her smile and encouragement.

Now it’s our turn to lift her up.

Em and I are starting things off with a $200 donation, and we’re asking friends, family, and anyone who’s been touched by Jody’s kindness to help us reach our goal of $11,000. This will cover the cost of the camp, special treatments, and airfare.
