Hi! For those who don't know me, my name is Izzy Martinez, and I'm a senior in high school. I've been chosen to represent Team USA at the 2022 Maccabiah Games in Israel for Beach Volleyball.

I fell in love with beach volleyball the moment that my feet hit the sand in 6th grade. These past seven years, I have devoted myself to this sport, growing not only as a player but as a person. Now, I have the amazing opportunity to not only represent my country and compete, but also to connect with the Jewish community and grow in my faith.

All athletes have to fund their own expenses for the trip, which will help pay for food, travel, and housing. Any help with expenses is appreciated and will contribute to an experience of a lifetime! No pressure for large donations...$5, $10 helps me get to my goal. All funds that exceed my goal will support other Team USA athletes. The deadline for donations is April 30th.
