Many students from Ida B. Wells DECA have qualified for ICDC, an international conference that brings together the brightest young minds in business from around the world. Unfortunately, due to extreme budget cuts and a spending freeze within PPS, the organization cannot offer the scholarships needed to send all of the hardworking students who earned their place at this prestigious event.

ICDC is held in Atlanta, Georgia, and is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for these students to showcase their skills, learn from industry leaders, and connect with peers who share their passion for business. DECA is known for shaping the future business leaders of the world, and qualifying for ICDC is no small feat—it requires dedication, talent, and countless hours of preparation. However, the costs of attending are significant, and without scholarships, many deserving students may miss out on this incredible experience.
