Hello my name is Hannah, I am 17 years old and I have a passion for the sport of rowing. I started crew the end of my freshman year in High School and from that point on, my life was changed. I instantly fell in love with the sport; there is no feeling like gliding through the water in perfect synchronization with your teammates.



I was recently selected to go to an elite 4 week development camp called Ready Set Row in Delaware at St. Andrew's School. This camp is a dream come true! Ready Set Row Summer Development Team is not a normal summer camp: for three weeks we will train intensely, then during the fourth week we will have the opportunity  to compete at US Rowing Junior Club Nationals. The camp costs $4,500 ($4,450+US Rowing Champion Membership) plus the cost of airfare. Though the experience I will receive is priceless to me, the $4,500 still has to be paid and unfortunately $4,500 is quite the monetary burden.
