Send Grant to VEX World Finals

Hi, my name is Ron and this is my son Grant. I'm raising funds to send my son Grant to VEX World Finals in Dallas, TX.

Grant is an absolutely brilliant kid. He joined a VEX robotics team at his school this year as their programmer. Over the course of the school year he competed in multiple VEX tournaments and achieved a nearly perfect programming score for his VEX team, helping to qualify them for the World Finals in Dallas, TX.

Unfortunately, it is a considerable and unplanned expense that his family cannot afford at this time. After doing so well all year and exceeding all expectations, we would absolutely love to send him along with his mother to the competition in Dallas, but doing so would put us at considerable financial risk. The funding we are asking for would cover the cost of plane flights, transportation, and lodging.

I've never been one to ask for money, or much of anything for that matter... but if you could find it in your heart to please donate, we would greatly appreciate it. His team will need him there, and who knows... they might just bring home the trophy!
