This November, my son Elijah and I are traveling to Brazil to be present at COP30 — the 30th United Nations Climate Summit. We’re joining a team from YWAM Immerse Cornwall committed to prayer, service, and outreach during this key global event.
Whether you're a person of faith or simply someone who cares deeply about the planet and its people, we invite you to be part of this journey.
✨ Why We're Going
COP30 is more than a political summit. It’s a moment where the world gathers to make decisions that will shape our future. As nations wrestle with climate justice and environmental stewardship, we want to stand in the gap — praying for Kingdom decisions, sharing the love of Jesus, and serving communities in need. We believe this is a time to show up with compassion and hope.
Our mission includes:
Intercession & Prayer: Partnering with other global teams to pray for wisdom, justice, and peace.
Creative Outreach: With over 50,000 attendees expected, we will be sharing messages of love and hope on the streets through drama, dance, creativity and conversation.
Environmental Education: Teaching about Gods heart for His creation. Helping local believers explore how to live out environmental stewardship as a form of worship and discipleship.
Mercy Ministries: We plan to visit one of the Amazonian islands during our stay, sharing God’s love with indigenous communities through practical help and encouragement.
How You Can Help
We’re raising funds to cover travel, accommodation, and ministry expenses for both myself and Elijah. Your generosity makes a big difference. Every gift, big or small, helps us:
- Be present in a place where decisions are made for the planet’s future
- Serve communities with love and dignity
- Share hope with people from every corner of the world
Be Part of the Story
This isn’t just our journey — it’s a shared mission. By donating, you’re helping bring light, love, and action to one of the most influential gatherings on Earth.
Thank you for believing in us, walking with us, and sowing into something bigger than any of us .
With love & thanks, Emily & Elijah
