I’ll be honest this started as a selfish idea. The longer we keep Daniel away, the fewer burpees I have to do. Simple maths.

But seriously our guy has done something incredible. After putting us through our paces week after week, Daniel set his own goal and earned a spot at the 2026 HYROX World Championships in Stockholm.

We give him plenty of grief for the running, burpees, and whatever torture he dreams up but he takes it, because he’s built a group that shows up.

Here's the thing about Daniel he's one of those rare trainers who genuinely cares. Not just about your reps, but about you what you're eating, how you're sleeping, how you're actually doing.
