Hello! We are DaCadence, the elite, all-gendered, a cappella group from the University of Maryland. As the two time reigning 2023 and 2024 ICCA Mid-Atlantic champions, DaCadence is thrilled to be back for this year's ICCA tournament. As seen in Pitch Perfect, the ICCA tournament (International Championship of Collegiate a Cappella) offers groups worldwide a chance to compete and showcase their sound. ICCAs helped us grow our professionalism and musical abilities, and we need your help with this year's ICCA journey!
On March 23rd, 2024, DaCadence placed FIRST in the ICCA Mid-Atlantic Semifinal, advancing us to the ICCA Finals in New York City, on April 27th, 2024. This GoFundMe will assist with travel expenses such as food, gas, and housing. Any leftover funds will also assist in our future professional endeavors (music video, album, and merchandise). Anything helps! We are representing not only UMD, but the entire Mid-Atlantic region. Your support means the world to us!
