Donation protected
Hello, my name is Mark Reed and I am the coach of the amazing Coronado High School Robotics team from Henderson, NV. This year we have 2 amazing teams who have qualified to compete in the annual VEX Robotics World Championship and we desperately need your help to get there. Our dedicated group of hard-working students has been busy fundraising, but needs your financial help to make their dream of competing at the 2025 World Championship in Dallas, TX, a reality.
7870Z is a team made up of 3 seniors (Beanna, Eliana, and Ruth) who have been involved in competitive robotics for years, but have never made it to the world stage until now. They qualified for the championship by being the tournament finalist at the Nevada State Championship. In addition to their success at the state championship, the team also won numerous awards throughout the season at local tournaments.
Our 2nd championship team, 7870Y, qualified for the World Championship by achieving the 2nd highest highest Robot Driving and Programming Skills scores at the Nevada State VEX Robotics Championship. The team is made up of 4 seniors and 1 freshman (Logan V., Logan S., Jayden, Paul, and Tommy). In addition to their success at the state championship, the team also won 2 qualifying tournaments and numerous awards throughout the season.
The World Championship will feature 800+ teams from over 50 countries, and our team can’t wait to represent Coronado High School, the city of Henderson, and the great state of Nevada at the competition arena in Dallas!
We truly appreciate any and all financial support that you can provide. The money raised will help support the team by covering their registration fees, travel expenses, parts, and supplies.
Thank you so much for your support! Let’s make Nevada proud and help these amazing young men and women to fulfill their dream and compete at the 2025 VEX Robotics World Championship!
