Send Cordova Fury 12U to Nationals

Cordova Girls Softball, established in 1965 for girls ages 4-16, is a recreational league servicing the communities of Rancho Cordova, Gold River, Anatolia and Sacramento. This year we are celebrating our 60th year in Rancho Cordova as a year round sport for girls.

We’re reaching out as proud parents of the Cordova Girls Softball 12U Select Fury Allstar Softball Team, a group of determined, hard-working young athletes from our local community in Rancho Cordova, CA. These girls have poured their hearts into this season, and their hard work has paid off — in a big and unexpected way.

Just recently, the team won the Piece of the Rock Tournament, which earned them a prestigious invitation to compete at the USA Softball 12U National Championship in Moorpark, California, happening July 21–27, 2025.

While this opportunity is truly once-in-a-lifetime, it’s also coming with very little time to prepare or fundraise. That’s why we’re turning to our local supporters for help.

We are working to raise $13,000 total (about $1,000 per player) to cover the essential costs of transportation, food, lodging, and tournament fees. USA Softball has generously contributed $500 toward our entry fee due to the winning of the tournament, but we still have a significant gap to fill — and not much time to do it.

Right now, every single dollar helps — whether it's $20, $100, or $2500 — to help give these girls the chance they’ve worked so hard for.

We understand times are tough. What we’re offering in return is something less tangible but incredibly meaningful — the knowledge that your generosity helped send a team of girls to live out their dream and represent our community with pride, heart, and sportsmanship.
