Hello my name is Christian Cabuag.

I have been wrestling for the Santa Clara Valley Wrestling Association for 4 years. I wrestle for AWA Wrestling Club and coached by Armando Gonzalez Sr., Armando Gonzalez Jr., Martin Gonzalez, and Armando Garcia. I am a 2x Middle School County Champion, placed 2nd in CCS as a freshman, represented California at the 2016 VAC Duals in Virginia, wrestled 2 years at the California Middle School Association Duals, went undefeated this year at the California Juniors Association Duals, was the 2017 Triple Crown Winner, was the 2018 120lb. Cadet California Greco State Champion, and currently ranked top 12 in the country. 

I have qualified to represent the state of California at the National Championships next month. My hope is to raise $1,900 on my own, so I can reach another goal of mine and that is to compete at the National Level in Fargo, North Dakota. This will be a great opportunity for me to grow in my practice as a wrestler, to represent The Santa Clara Valley Wrestling Association, and represent our State of California.
