Please join me in helping send children to summer camp this year!  Camp Turk is a masonic youth camp for children ages 8 to 16 years old, geared towards allowing children to grow a sense of independence and adventure.  The goal is to send five children who may not be as fortunate as you or I and who may never see an opportunity like this without our help.  The funds raised will go towards completely covering all of the camp expenses, plus travel to and from the camp for the children. With your help the children will be able to enjoy the camp for three weeks during their summer break!

Many of you know that I am a freemason in the state of NY and that puts me in this wonderful position to be able to sponsor children for the camp.I vividly remember attending Boy Scout camps as a child.  Attending those camps provided me with invaluable memories and experiences that I will never forget.  I firmly believe that for a lot of children in Jersey City, having the opportunity to go to Camp Turk may be the only opportunity that they get to travel outside of their communities during their childhood and most likely adolescence.    

This means that we have a great opportunity to make a lasting contribution to a child’s life!  Please, let us take some of what we have been blessed with and pay it forward for these children!  No contribution is too small, and please share this with your friends and family!
