Hi all! 10 years ago I volunteered at a township school in Hout Bay (which is near Cape Town). There I got to know Cheslyn Daniels, 8 years old. He appeared to be extremely talented. I decided to give the boy a chance to get a better education and we applied for 'Kronendal Primary School' to which he got accepted. At the age of 12 years old he continued his education at 'Camps Bay High School'. Yesterday, 10 years later, he achieved his 'Matric', his secondary certificate. A huge achievement giving his living conditions. This was made possible by many sponsors. The achievement of his Matric is a big and important step to a better future for him and his family!
Today, at the age of 18, he wants to study further. In particular, he wants to 'Business Principles and Practice' at Varsity College where he got accepted. However, he will only be able to study there if he is able to collect around 4500 euros. For this, I kindly ask for your support!
I thank you in advance!
As Nelson Mandela rightly said: "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world!"
