Send Blueprint to Nationals!
Donation protected
EDIT 2: We are so overwhelmed by all the support we received so far! Thank you all so much for helping us achieve our second goal! We're increasing our goal to 10,000 and making two changes:
1. 25% of all donations beyond $8,888 will be donated to DiscNY to support our community!
2. All donors to our GoFundMe, including everyone who has already donated, will be entered into a raffle to win Blueprint gear!
EDIT: Thank you so much to everyone who helped us get to $5,000! We're increasing our goal to $8,888. Beginning as a rambling huddle speech by founder Juleon Robinson in Philadelphia, "8" has turned into a team symbol for focused effort. Playing at "10" is unsustainable for a weekend. Playing at a "6" means we have more in the tank. "8" is the goal. Help us get to $8,888!
Blueprint was founded in 2017 in a 3 (2.5) bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens. Back then we were just a group of early 20-somethings committed to working hard, improving, having fun, and proudly caring about the game we love. Our first 7 seasons, we never finished higher than 6th place in the region. This year, we used the same values we were founded on to grind out 5 tough wins over two days to qualify for a tournament just a few of us dared to dream we could attend. BLUEPRINT QUALIFIED FOR NATIONALS!
We didn't accomplish this goal alone. We did it with the incredible support of our team alumni, our loving friends and families, and the loud proud NYC ultimate community. Each and every one of you contributed to the culture of Blue Love that is the driving force behind our success.
That Blue Love manifests in many different ways, one of which is our belief that money should never keep a teammate from competing. That's why we have a player assistance fund so that players who can afford to pay more help cover costs for the players who can't. But we can't cover the nationals (!) costs alone. So we're asking you all -- our friends, family, and fans -- to help us make sure all our bloops get to celebrate our first nationals berth in San Diego.
