Hi everyone,

I've been selected to compete for GB Students at the FISU World University Games in Changchun, China this January. It is essentially the Student Winter Olympics, with my event of course being cross-country running. I'm super proud to have been selected and I cannot wait to head over. Unfortunately, the trip is majority self-funded, and getting to China isn't cheap!

As with many things in running, this is a fairly selfish endeavour - nobody else really benefits from this but me. With that in mind, if you don't have cash to spare or would prefer to give to a more worthy cause, please don't feel any pressure at all. Only chuck something in if you can easily afford it and fancy helping me get to the start line. A few quid or just sharing the link goes a massive way.

Thank you very much,

Ben
