Hi, my name is Rebecca Weiss, and I am a junior at Colonia High School. I'm excited and honored to share that I've been nominated by my coaches to represent my school at the Cheer Hawaii USA Invitational. Being selected for this opportunity means so much to me after years of hard work and dedication to the sport I love.

Cheer Hawaii is a prestigious college-prep cheerleading camp that brings together top high school athletes from across the country. This experience will allow me to grow both as an athlete and as a person---building confidence, training with collegiate coaches, and developing leadership skills that will help prepare me for my future.

I have been cheering since I was seven years old, with experience in both competitive cheer and sideline spirit. I began with Colonia Pop Warner, continued with the Woodbridge Broncos Pop Warner program, and I also cheer with the Garden State Storm rec program. Currently, I cheer on the sidelines for Colonia High School, where I've been a member of the JV and Varsity team since my freshman year.

In addition to cheering, I have volunteered as a junior coach for the Woodbridge Broncos. This has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey, as I've had the opportunity to help younger athletes build their skills, confidence and love for cheerleading. Through this sport, I've learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, communication, and always striving to be my best---both on and off the mat.

While this is an incredible opportunity, the cost of attending is significant. I am reaching out for support to help cover expenses such as travel, camp tuition, and accommodations. Any contribution---big or small--- would mean so much to me and help make this dream a reality.
