Hi there! I am Bailey, and I am a rising Junior in the ASL Interpreting program at Liberty University! I have the incredible opportunity to go on a mission trip with International Christian Centers for the Deaf to Nassau, Bahamas, this coming summer. It will be a VBS-style camp, with other events as well! I am looking to raise around $1900 for flights, room and board, and food for the trip. I have already raised roughly $480 in cash from my early donors.

This trip is so special to me, not only because it will be my second mission trip, or the fact that I love VBS and camp, but also because the Deaf community is the least reached group. I cannot wait to share who Jesus is with these children and love on them as Christ loves us!

My first mission was to El Salvador, where I got to shadow a doctor in our free clinic! This second trip with ICCD will not only include a VBS day-camp for kiddos, but will also have events for the adults in the area as well.

While I am thrilled to share the love of Jesus to those around me, I am also excited to practice my ASL Skills and develop community and friendships with the team that will be going as well!

I know God has called me to this trip, so I cannot wait to see what He does for the people we impact and also for how He will encounter me!
