Send Andie & Bailey to OKC Horse Grand Nat’ls

Friends and Families,

We are fundraising to send two of our Cape Vincent and Clayton young ladies to the 2022 Grand National and World Championship Morgan Horse Show in Oklahoma City. This event represents the pinnacle of achievement in the Morgan Horse show circuit. These young ladies are Andie Rae Ward (my daughter) and her teammate and great friend, Bailey Dippel. Both of these 11 year old ladies qualified to compete at this prestigious event. Both of these riders train at St Lawrence Stables under the tutelage of Whitney Roberts and have had an amazing season. The Oklahoma Championships will give these young riders an opportunity of a lifetime to compete amongst peers from all over the country and world.

We have been fundraising for this event though generous donations from one of my previous employers, Gemma Power Systems of Glastonbury, CT, and through local fundraising and have done well to date. We do have a shortfall of approximately $8,000 that will be used for horse transportation, feed, bedding, and stalls. We have been able to raise enough for transportation, lodging, and show entrance fees for the team and parents for this 9 day event.

I hope you will donate to give Andie and Bailey this opportunity of a lifetime and give them a chance to represent the community in the small towns of Cape Vincent and Clayton.
