Send Adler to Navigators
Have you ever wanted to "invest" into the life of a young Christian man? Adler is trying desperately to go to Navigators "JAX " (Jacksonville, FL) for the summer. Understand that this is a faith issue for me. As a father, I am opposed as he can probably make more money here in Iowa. As a Christian, I am not going to limit my God. I paid the application fee and then Susanne came up with this idea. This is where you come in. If you believe in this enough, then give.
This is not some day camp for rich kids to golf and swim. It is a Christian organization that has an emphasis on evangelism. Adler has been involved in Navigators his entire two years at Iowa State. Adler spends every free minute working. He will work 60 hours over Spring Break next week (on the factory floor) and worked 45 hours per week over his Christmas break. He will have to work in Jacksonville (as all attendees do) to have tuition money for the Fall.
The issue is the $2,500 to go to JAX for the summer. Yes, I am helping. I am also giving my friends an opportunity to "invest" in the future of a hard working young Christian man.
There is a dollar amount that I will pick up the difference on. If we do not meet that amount your donation will go to a missionary in Bangladesh.
