Help us send five changemakers to the Presencing Foundation Program (PFP), Theory U: Leading Deep Transformation for Business, Society and Self. This is the most transformational learning experience we’ve ever been part of. We’re THRILLED to bring it to Philadelphia.
You know how much we at Insyte Partners love the work we do. It’s all based on Theory U and this is the best opportunity to learn from the founders.
As the world experiences unprecedented, disorienting change, many are seeking a “way where there is no way”-- a new path to do the work they know they are meant to do, in a disrupted world. This October in Philadelphia, the PFP will provide a vital opportunity to do just this.
We are providing partial scholarships for this workshop for people or organizations severely impacted by the current unprecedented turbulence.
Think about people like:
1. A public school teacher fostering healing and leadership among students who have experienced gun violence
2. A young innovator developing affordable air quality sensors in urban America
3. An artist crafting narratives that help communities reconnect with their heritage, seeking deeper integration of art into social transformation
4. A campaign strategist working on women’s rights and climate justice, searching for ways to stay grounded and creative in the face of urgency and burnout
5. A peacebuilder supporting dialogue and reconciliation in post-conflict settings
6. A former USAID worker coordinating health and education initiatives across East Africa, looking to rethink top-down approaches and build more trust with local partners
Your (tax deductible) contribution will help to reduce the cost of a four-day workshop valued at $4,500 whether you contribute $25, $100 or $500.
Theory U is built for times like these, when systems are collapsing and the seeds of transformation are becoming visible. It offers a pathway to breakthrough ideas, allowing leaders to navigate the challenges of our times with vision, clarity and purpose.
Donations to this fundraiser will go directly to a scholarship for participants of the Philadelphia PFP. They will leave with the “action confidence” to lead at this threshold moment in the history of our planet, as well as concrete prototypes and a network of changemakers. The scholarship will tuition and cover meals over the course of the four-day program. Program completion is a step towards Theory-U certification, which can open future doors.
The program is hosted by the Presencing Institute and Philadelphia-based Insyte Partners, and will be held at Fitler Club from October 27-31, 2025.
