Send 5 Theater Students to Elite Conservatory
Donation protected
I'm Doug Phipps - I direct Theater 708 at KIPP DC College Preparatory, a Title I school in Washington DC's Ward 5.
This year, FIVE of our incredibly hard-working and talented students - Shanna, Rhannell, Dwayne, Jovon, & Cameron - earned scholarships to pay the $949 fee to attend a renowned week-long Musical Theater conservatory camp.
While Broadway Dreams covers the cost of the camp, students and families are responsible for the following:
• Hotel accommodations
• Transportation from DC to Wilmington
• Food & drinks throughout the week
Luckily, parent volunteers have offered to transport students to and from Wilmington, but hotel & food costs are a burden that could prevent them from taking advantage of this opportunity.
We need YOUR help to make this possible! Your contribution will be used for the following:
• $2,200 for two hotel rooms for the students to share for one week
• $800 to subsidize food costs
THANK YOU for making this opportunity possible for our five incredible students. We are so grateful for anything you can give. Below, please learn more about these outstanding students.
