Send 4 barrels of tinned foods and batteries to Jamaica

My name is Petrona and I live in the UK. My home community in Jamaica was one of the areas worst hit by Hurricane Beryl. I have relatives and friends there and I hope to send over some barrels containing store cupboard food and batteries which are desperately needed as they have no power. The goods will be distributed across the whole community. It will cost just over £1000 to send four barrels directly to my home community (Treasure Beach, St Elizabeth). Any money raised above this amount will go towards buying the food and batteries. The next shipment will go on 8 August so I'm hoping to raise the money by then.

Also, if anyone is in Sheffield and would like to donate tinned food or batteries (any size), we have a collection point at Sheffield Foyer, 2 Spring Lane, Sheffield S2 2JQ. Or we can arrange a collection.
