Family Starting Over After Fire

On May 31st 2017 my brother and his family's apartment building was destroyed by a large fire. Everything that isn't burned has been exposed to smoke/chemicals and is a health risk to reuse. Fortunately, they have insurance, but it won't be able to cover their total loss. Please help my brother and his very young family restart. Thank you!
