Selfless Mother in Stage 5 Kidney Failure

My beautiful, selfless, hard working mom, Doni Gallegos, has been diagnosed with stage 5 kidney failure. Her kidneys are very low functioning, she is losing protein and unable to retain the vitamins and minerals needed. She is considered malnourished and is very weak.  Our dad and my moms husband, passed away in 2009. She has been a single mom and raised 3 daughters on her own since then. She has been working 3 jobs and working 7 days a week, just to support herself and her youngest daughter, who just graduated and is going to college.  She just recently had to quit 2 of those jobs and is struggling to have enough strength to work one job. She is a Special Education Elementary School Teacher. She has worked so hard to get her Masters Degree (just last year) in Special Education, which has been her dream. My mom has just recently started dialysis, had fluid removed from her lungs, and has been placed on the transplant list. Medical bills have been collecting and she is needing help. If you are willing to help donate, or just even share this, it would be so greatly appreciated. My mom is so selfless, she would never ask for help or bother anyone with her struggles.
