Self-Defense Workshops

Donation protected
I created I AM DAUNTLEZ  an educational and soon-to-be non-profit organization dedicated to ending violence against women by educating and empowering women through self-defense  workshops.  I am a certified self-defense instructor from the American Women's Self-Defense Association and have a 3rd degree black belt in judo.

When I started, I was charging a fee to attend the workshop, I have decided to make it available for FREE after I did a free workshop to raise awareness of Sexual Assault Awareness Month in  April 2017 and received an overwhelming response!

The workshops are designed to increase personal and situational awareness and instruct de-escalation strategies and physical self-defense techniques.

My goal is to offer these workshops for FREE to 600 women every year by hosting 12 workshops (4 hours each workshop) a month,  50 women  for each workshop from 12-65 years old.  I offer these workshops in different locations around the Pacific Northwest to ensure that I reach as many women as I can.

The amount of $11,960 is the budget from May 2018 to May 2019 for the following expenses:

Certification for 2 additional instructors = $1,800 (for 50 women, I would have 3 lead instructors and 2 intern instructors)
Insurance for 3 instructors =$1,800
Compensation for 2 instructors for the year = $960 (My time is free and 2 intern instructors)
Admin expenses (website, company registration, marketing etc) = $2,000
10 Bob sparring partners = $3,000 (these sparring partners is more effective as it has the torso and head that makes it more realistic for the women)
Facilities rental = $2,400 (this is a discounted rate already for $200 a month rental from the dojo)

Base on this budget, the cost per women is $20 to attend this 4-hour workshop. In addition these women can attend any of the monthly workshops for free as many times as they want to practice the techniques.

Please help me achieve this goal so I can offer these workshops for FREE.
