Seizure Support: Help Lich's after Grand Mal emergency!

Hi, my name is Alexandria Lich and I'm organizing this on behalf of my parents Curtis and Michelle Lich. My Dad, Curtis Lich, was in a very serious car accident on Wednesday April 10th, 2024. While driving home from getting medicine for my Mom my father suffered a Grand Mal seizure and lost consciousness. This is his third seizure in the last 18 months and they are related to scar tissue in his head due to Brain Cancer. He lost control of their only vehicle and crashed into the back of a house. Emergency personnel arrived on scene and strapped him to a board and transported him to a hospital 40 minutes away. Upon arrival it was determined he had a dislocated shoulder, multiple abrasions and swelling/bruising, a wound to the head that required staples, damage to the vessels in one of his eyes, and his right collarbone pushed back compressing arteries to his heart. He was subsequently life flighted to Omaha Nebraska to be referred to an emergency Vascular Surgeon. He has a very long road of recovery ahead of him and will be required to be off work until he heals. He is the sole income provider for the household because my Mom has her own health battles with Ovarian Cancer and diabetes. The cost of the life flight, ambulance transport, medical bills that will be coming, vehicle replacement, and lost wages will be a tremendous burden to my parents as they are already struggling with the medical bills related to my Mom's cancer and diabetes. My little brother still lives at home so they also have him to take care of besides themselves. They are so thankful and Blessed because they know the situation could have been deadly, but it doesn't take away from how hard this has hit them and will continue to hit them in the coming weeks. They need any and all help that they can so if you could see it in your heart to help them, whether financially or with a lot of prayers, they would be (and I would too) so thankful for any and all help!
