Seizure Alert Dog for Magnolia Jane

Hello my name is Tiffanie and this is my beautiful girl Harper Magnolia Jane. She is almost two years old. My daughter suffers from epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and optic nerve hypoplasia. She is blind in her right eye. She is also a gtube warrior. We discovered Miss Jane had hydrocephalus in utero which caused a brain bleed. Unfortunately we have no idea why this happened. Due to this brain injury she suffers from serious brain damage and cerebral palsy. She also suffers from a Rare condition called optic nerve hypoplasia. The optic nerve in her right eye is already deteriorated completely and she has limited sight in her left eye. She’s currently nonverbal and nonambulatory. She is in multiple therapies and sees multiple specialist. Because she can’t speak we want her to have a service dog who can detect seizures coming on and also help her with things like picking up dropped objects and calm her down. She has very severe overstimulation issues and we believe a service dog could help with that as well. Unfortunately the training and and overall needs are very expensive. It is between 15,000 and 30,000. So we are reaching out to the community in hopes to reach our goals. Thank you for reading!
