Help save mookie

Our cat Mookie was hit by a car, he is alive but he needs urgent surgery. He is just a kitten and hasn’t had the chance to live his life yet. The surgery costs 6000 dollars. His intestines were pushed up in-between his lungs, he is barely breathing, and won’t eat. Please help we don’t want to lose our baby boy.
