About See Spot Shred
See Spot Shred is the first ever alphabet picture book about skateboarding dogs. The book contains full color illustrations of 26 different dog breeds performing 26 different skateboard tricks, unified by fun alliterations for each letter of the alphabet. The book is soft cover, 32 pages, and perfect bound. 

The idea began four years ago as a senior project while I was attending Pratt Institute. I felt rushed to complete the book in one semester and was not satisfied with the original illustrations. Over the last two years I've completely re-designed and re-illustrated the book. The artwork is now complete and See Spot Shred is finally ready to be published!

About Dylan
I'm an illustrator and printmaker based in Brooklyn, NY. I received my BFA in Communication Design at Pratt Institute, where I was first introduced to relief printmaking. I instantly fell in love with the look of woodcuts and have brought that style into my illustration work. When I'm not making art, I'm out exploring the streets of NYC via skateboard. My work has been used for several brands of skateboard graphics, editorials, marketing, children's books, apparel, and album covers. 

Where's the $$$ Going?
With your help I plan on printing a 300 copy run as the first edition of this book. Any leftover funds will go towards fulfilling and shipping of the rewards, and a book release party and art show.
