Hi everyone, my name is Valene Williams, and I’m from Montego Bay, Jamaica.

On October 28, Hurricane Melissa swept through Montego Bay and the parish of Hanover, leaving a trail of heartbreaking destruction. Families have lost their homes, children are without food and clothing, and many are still cut off from clean water and electricity. Some of my own friends and relatives are sleeping in shelters or under makeshift coverings — unsure of what tomorrow will bring.

It truly breaks my heart to see the pain and suffering in my community. I may not be there physically, but my heart remains in Jamaica, and I am praying for a way to help. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your kindness, love, and support.

I am raising funds to provide emergency relief for those most affected — including food, clean water, clothing, medical supplies, and temporary shelter. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly to families in Montego Bay and Hanover who are desperately trying to rebuild their lives.

Please, if you can, lend a helping hand to the people of Jamaica who have lost everything. Together, we can bring hope, comfort, and strength back to those who need it most.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your prayers, your support, and your generosity.

One Love, always.

❤️ Valene Williams
