Hello and thank you for visiting my page!
For those of you who don't know me, let me introduce myself. I am Kristen Baldini (Sunday). I am a young professional who aspires to be a leader. Who aspires to make an impact on my communtiy. And who apsires to show other young professionals that they can do the same.
I work with Welcome House of Northern Kentucky as their Development Director and oversee all fundraising and marketing initiatives. I am extremely passionate about the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati community and work everyday to make it a better place to live, work, and play.
With that being said, I am asking for your support. I would like to participate in a professional development program called SOAR. It is for young professional women in leadership roles who have been nominated by exectuives in their community who see potential in their leadership. It is an honor to be nominated. The program lasts 12 months and is an intense curriculum over 9 working sessions to fine-tune professional leadership skills in women and act as a source for professional networking.
I strive everyday to lead by example, be bold in my actions, authentic to myself, and work hard. A sincere thank you to all those who contribute to my cause and of course to Welcome House for supporting me in these efforts.
