Seeking your help for much needed surgery

Hi, my name is Huw, most people call me Jack. I'm a single 54 year old British man living in the Philippines. I have children

and grandchildren living in the UK. Im doing this fundraiser for myself because I have a serious prostate problem which needs surgery as quickly as possible. I have no insurance and will need to pay for the surgery, all the other tests and the after care that goes with this surgery.

Thankfully there is no cancer in the prostate, but it's grown to a size that is causing problems, and the urine retention after urinating is over 40% which could very well lead to kidney problems going forward.

I make very little money here, but saving what little I can, doesn't add up quickly.
