Hello everyone, I am creating this to raise money for attorney fees in order to sue the hospital and skilled nursing facility that is responsible for my mother’s death.

I need to hire an attorney to create the estate for my mother and it’s really expensive. I’m approaching my statute of limitations so this is time-sensitive. I have been trying to do this for the past year with many roadblocks. The laws in North Carolina, where she was killed, require an estate in order to file a lawsuit.

The hospital, Cape Valley Fear, and Carolina Rehab gave my mom a stage 4 decubitus ulcer from neglect, which ultimately caused sepsis and her death. She was already in a compromised state, not being able to move herself, and they failed to reposition her and adequately provide medical care in a timely manner.

I’m asking to please help me raise 5k in order to hold them responsible! I see things like this all the time being a nurse, and my heart aches that this had to happen to my mother! Please, I beg you to donate. My heart is so broken and I can’t rest until they are held responsible. If I can prevent this from happening to anyone else’s loved one, that’s my goal!
