Help Brent buy an adjustable bed for medical reasons!

Hi, I hate to throw this out there and ask, but do not feel that I have any other options to seek relief.
My name is Brent. I had an aorta dissection and an aneurysm in late 2021. After my dissection repair, unknown at the time, I was discharged from the hospital with major bed ulcers. After a really rough night, I was sent back to Victoria hospital for bed wound surgery where they cut a fist sized chunk out of my backside. I had stage 4 sepsis, delirium and was at serious risk of death. I have had 2 more aneurysm surgeries since then, which were postponed due to bed ulcer wound recovery.
So, my aorta repairs are now complete, but I am left with ongoing health issues, no ability to work, major back pain, sacral ulcer sensitivity and have been dependent upon my spouse since. The bed sores are a recurring problem and I have had to have another wound care surgery recently which I am currently recovering from. I have not been able to work for more than 2 1/2 years and CPP has not found me worthy of a disability benefit yet. I have appealed, but it has been more than a year in waiting.
Since this all started I have not been able to sleep in the same bed as my partner. She had accommodated my health issues, while I tried to sleep in various positions to alleviate pressures, and she slept on the sofa. For my recent wound surgery I was able to access a hospital bed, which is currently in my living room (and my spouse has our bed). I have finally been able to get a better sleep than I have in years. I can adjust the head and foot and relieve the pressure points in my back and backside, but this is a temporary loaner and having a bed in the living room ongoing is not ideal.
I am looking for help to purchase an adjustable bed. One that I can set up and share with my spouse, to try to get back to some sort of normal living. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
