Seeking help to go under a minor surgery.

Hi my name is Shelisa and am fundraising towards a minor foot surgery this is important to me because if i don't perform this surgery i will be permanently disabled. I prayed everyday for help to perform my operation and hope it comes through successfully. Thank you
