Hi everyone! I'm not used to asking for help, so please bear with me through this.
Those of you who know me are aware that I have tried every procedure and non-surgical intervention out there to reduce my severe chronic spine pain. However, the pain from arthritis, spinal stenosis, several herniated discs, and nerve damage has persisted despite my best efforts.
In December, I did a trial run of a spinal cord stimulator and had a lot of relief for the first time in years. I'm very hopeful about the outcomes of the actual surgery. Unfortunately, I now find myself in a dilemma -- I have a surgery scheduled for a permanent spinal cord stimulator on February 5th. I just found out that they are requiring over $2000 as a down payment prior to the surgery or else it will be canceled. This is due within the next week and a half, and is not something I can afford on my own.
If you or someone you know has the capacity to provide financial support, I would be eternally grateful. If financial support is outside of your means, moral support as I go through this process is also greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your kindness!
