As some of you know, I have been diagnosed with several autoimmune conditions over the past couple of years, in addition to my nearly lifelong battle with endometriosis.
Last year, my doctor explained to me that if she could send me to someplace that offers natural healing and wellness programs for six months, where I could be cared for and well-nourished, she would. She wanted a place for me to rest, while I focused on healing my body using food, lifestyle, exercise and restorative techniques. Unfortunately, this type of treatment doesn't really exist at a minimum expense.
After doing a substantial amount of research, we discovered the Hippocrates Health Institute, located in West Palm Beach. Hippocrates has a three week life transformation program that checks all of the boxes as to what we are looking for, just for a shorter period of time. I applied for funding to this program earlier this year, and I was offered a substantial scholarship.
They offer an immersive program that is designed to help individuals with their own unique health challenges. As many of you know, I have been doing everything in my power to heal my body in a holistic way, without the use of additional drug and chemical therapies. I have had three surgeries for endometriosis, and have been able to hold off on having a fourth for quite some time now. I have tried countless hormonal therapies, birth control pills, patches, injections and chemotherapy drugs to no avail. I know what the power of eating real foods, along with lifestyle choices, can do to reverse illness and disease, and I am determined to heal my body naturally.
I still need to come up with $4700 towards room and board, as well as $300 for covid testing and protocols. I am seeking to raise $5,000 to help with these expenses. Anything additional raised would go towards testing and treatments. If I am able to raise the money, I would like to go as early as next week.
